Eligibility for Returns

✅ Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
❌ Items that cannot be returned include:

Personal care items (e.g. skincare, cosmetics)
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return:

Email us at hitlabnews@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.

⚠️ Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your bank or credit card company (processing times may vary).

Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
International Returns
- At this time, customers are responsible for international return shipping costs and any customs duties. Please contact us before returning items internationally.
